Project SARISSA
Everything started with SARRISA, a scouting grounds event for Greece and Cyprus, giving semi-professional and professional players a chance to prove themselves at the end of the official league season. The event, run by Varsos, a well-known coach and a good friend of mine allowed 10 coaches to build teams from free agents, providing both players and coaches an opportunity to showcase their skills and get recruited by higher-tier teams.
As the lead designer, I was responsible for everything visual, making sure SARRISA had a strong and professional identity.
Building the SARRISA Visual Identity
- Logo Design: Created a bold, impactful logo to represent the event’s competitive and prestigious nature.
- Full Branding & Graphics: Designed banners, flyers, and all promotional materials to give SARRISA a cohesive and professional look.
- Custom Podcast Animations: Developed unique animated assets for event podcasts, making them engaging and visually appealing.
- In-Game Observing & Graphics UI: Designed custom overlays and UI elements for the event’s live broadcasts, enhancing the viewing experience.

“SARRISA was more than just a tournament, it was a platform for rising esports talent to make a name for themselves. From branding to in-game visuals, I ensured the event looked professional, exciting, and competitive. It was an incredible experience to create a complete visual identity for an event that helped players and coaches take the next step in their careers.”
Sincerely Yours,
